''GOLDEN THREAD / ΧΡΥΣΗ ΚΛΩΣΤΗ'' FUND RAISING, GROUP SHOW IN NOVEMBER 2015
The Collection Gallery in collaboration with the Anticancer Society of Cyprus is organizing a fund raising group show, which will take place on the 27th and 28th of November at the gallery’s space. ‘Golden Thread’ the title of the exhibition, is a metaphor for an imaginary connective substance of the universe. In the same way that connective tissue supports life and sustains a network with all the organs within the body, a golden thread could be an invisible inter-connective, life-supporting energy between people, a bridge uniting all humanity as well as a light-ray revealing all that we have created.
Τhe main event will happen on the second day of the exhibition (Saturday 28th of November) were the works will be sold by auction. 20% of the collected earnings will go to the artist and 70% to the Anticancer Society of Cyprus.

With a background in fashion design and photography, Cyprus- based Katerina Theodosiou is currently exploring the tension between a woman’s inner thoughts and outer expression via sketches, in a series entitled ''Love is an untitled book yet to be written''. Featured in exhibitions across Europe and the USA, she strives to keep challenging her creative limits.
